The Clubhouse Casino Terms and Conditions
These terms govern membership, deposits, bonuses, withdrawals and gameplay at the Club. By creating an account and using the lobby, you accept the rules set out here. The Clubhouse operates under a Curacao license and serves players in the United States. Read each section carefully and keep a copy for your records. Continued use of your account means you agree to the current version of these terms, including any updates published in the cashier or member area.
Membership Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to open an account and play. Where local law sets a higher minimum age for online gambling, that higher age applies to you. Membership is open to individuals only, acting on their own behalf, not to companies, syndicates or agents.
When you register, you must provide accurate, current and complete details, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid contact method. You must keep this information up to date. The Club may refuse, suspend or close any account where details are false, incomplete or cannot be confirmed. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private and for all activity that takes place under your account.
One Account Per Member
Each member may hold one account only. Opening more than one account, whether under different names, addresses, devices, email addresses or payment methods, is not allowed. Where duplicate or linked accounts are found, the Club may close the additional accounts, void related bonuses and any winnings derived from them, and return only verified deposit balances at its discretion.
Bonus abuse is prohibited. This includes coordinated play between accounts, using a bonus in a way it was not designed for, placing bets that hedge or lock in value, and claiming offers through fake or shared identities. Where the Club identifies bonus abuse, it may remove bonus funds and associated winnings, and it may restrict future promotions for the account.
Identity Checks (KYC)
The Club applies Know Your Customer (KYC) checks as part of its anti-money-laundering and responsible-play duties. At any time, and always before a first payout, the Club may ask you to verify your identity.
Documents the Club may request include the following:
- A government-issued photo ID, such as a passport or driver license.
- Proof of address dated within the last three months, such as a utility bill or bank statement.
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used on the account.
- A short source-of-funds statement where a review requires one.
Documents must be clear, valid and in your own name. While a verification review is open, the Club may hold withdrawals. Accounts that fail verification, or that decline to complete it, may be suspended and any affected funds held pending the outcome.
Payment Ownership and Payouts
Every payment method linked to your account must belong to you and be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not accepted. Where a method cannot be confirmed as yours, the Club may reverse the transaction and request an alternative.
The minimum withdrawal is $30. Verification must be complete before your first payout is released. Withdrawals are normally returned to the method used for deposit where this is possible. Processing times after approval depend on the method:

The Club may apply additional checks to large or unusual withdrawals. Payouts are released once all checks are satisfied and the account is in good standing.
Bonus and Wagering Rules
Bonuses are optional. When you accept one, the rules below apply for as long as the bonus is active. Welcome and most other offers carry a 40x wagering requirement, calculated on the bonus amount or on bonus plus deposit as stated for that offer. Free-spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and carry the same wagering terms unless the offer states otherwise.
While any bonus is active, the maximum bet is $5 per spin or hand. Placing a higher bet may void the bonus and any winnings tied to it. The key conditions are summarized below:

Each bonus has an expiry date. Any bonus funds, free spins or pending bonus winnings that remain when the offer expires are removed. You may hold one active bonus at a time; a new bonus may be claimed once the previous one is cleared or has expired. Deposit funds are used only after eligible bonus funds are exhausted, unless an offer states otherwise. The Club may amend or withdraw any promotion, and it may decline a bonus to an account that breaches these terms.
How Games Contribute
Games contribute to wagering at different rates. Slots count in full, while table games and certain low-edge titles count at a reduced rate or not at all. Always check the rules of an individual offer, because contribution can vary by title.
- Slots: 100 percent toward wagering.
- Table games such as blackjack and roulette: a reduced rate, often much lower than slots.
- Video poker and similar low-edge games: a reduced rate or excluded, as stated in the offer.
- Live dealer tables: contribution varies and may be excluded from bonus play.
Bets placed on games that do not contribute do not move you toward clearing a wagering requirement. Where a bet covers a large share of the table or hedges outcomes, it may be excluded from contribution.
Dormant Accounts and Closure
An account with no login, deposit, withdrawal or gameplay for a continuous period of 12 months is treated as dormant. The Club will attempt to contact you using the details on file. Where a balance remains on a dormant account, the Club may apply a monthly administrative fee in line with its policy until the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero.
You may close your account at any time through the member area or by contacting support. The Club may also suspend or close an account for a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or where required by law or by the responsible-play tools you have set. On closure, any verified withdrawable balance is returned to you, subject to outstanding checks, while open bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings are forfeited.

If you have a concern about your account, a payment or a game outcome, contact the support team first. Member support is available through live chat in the lobby and through the contact form in the member area. Provide your account details and a clear description so the team can review the matter without delay.
Most issues are resolved at this first stage. Where you remain dissatisfied, you may ask for the matter to be escalated for a formal review. Keep records of relevant messages, transaction references and screenshots, as these help speed up any review.
